Do you provide a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. We promise to provide unlimited revisions and changes until you are 100% satisfied with your CV.

Can I request future variations to my CV / Cover Letter to tailor them towards different types of roles?

Yes. We can make multiple variations of your CV / Cover Letter as part of our packages and there is no additional cost. We offer unlimited updates / revisions for a period of 6 months from when you place your order with us.

Can you provide my CV quicker than your usual turnaround time of 4 working days?

Yes, we can offer an urgent turnaround for an additional fee. You will need to call us to place a prioritised order on 020 8123 7858 as this service is subject to availability.

When do I pay?

At the time of your order we will take full payment securely on our website via PayPal. No PayPal account is required and you can use your debit or credit card to make payment through PayPal also if you wish to do so. You can also choose to call us and place your order over the telephone.

What happens when I have purchased a CV package?

Once payment has been received for your package, you will receive an email from one of our Consultants requesting your current CV (if you have one), along with the details of any roles you would like your new CV / Cover Letter targeted towards. If you do not have an existing CV, you will be asked in the e-mail for information on your education, work history, career aims and the type of roles you are looking to apply for. Simply reply back to this e-mail to provide us with the information we require.

Once documentation / information has been received, your Consultant will start work for you immediately. A first draft of your new CV / Cover Letter will be delivered to you by email within 4 working days. If you have ordered the Diamond Package, we will then request access details for your LinkedIn profile so that we can update this for your appropriately (if you do not have a LinkedIn profile, we will ask you to create a new account and provide us with the access details).

Your Consultant will then contact you to book a time slot for a phone consultation at this point in order to have an in-depth discussion to review your new CV / Cover Letter / LinkedIn profile for improvements and changes as required. With all packages we offer unlimited changes until you are fully satisfied and unlimited updates for a period of 6 months thereafter.

Can you send me an example?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer examples of work as every CV we work on is a custom piece of work which means we have no stored templates and to send out a completed CV would compromise data protection for our existing clients.

Are you able to write CV's in other languages?

Unfortunately not, only in British English.

Do I need to see you at any point?

We would love to meet you in person, however we only work via e-mail and telephone - we will work with you effectively to achieve the result you want.
